This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the main beach area and just across the square from a big shopping centre and spa. the room is quite modern and comfortable with a nice bathroom and the service is friendly and helpful. the breakfast is really good with options for everyone and the coffee is great. There are some good facilities and advantages including a range of activities available to book through the hotel staff and options for different types of rooms.
The parking attendant was not very welcoming or helpful.

Great location, near beach and park. Clean room with comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with good options. Friendly restaurant staff. Large and comfortable room. Good selection at breakfast. Well-organized airport transfers.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The location couldn't have been better - it was close to the beach and right in the center of Arcadia, making it very convenient for us to explore the area. The staff provided top-notch service, from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. They were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English, which made our communication easy. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the various amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar. this place exceeded our expectations and provided a truly luxurious and comfortable experience.
I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. Everyone is sure to enjoy the enhanced comfort, quality services, and great location that this venue offers.

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel staff were really friendly. The restaurant had a great breakfast selection and we loved dining on the outdoor veranda. the location was ideal for exploring the city and the hotel had great security measures in place.
The parking was not free and we were not aware of the city tax until check-in. The building layout was confusing and we had trouble finding our room.

The breakfast had a decent variety, and the food tasted great. The hotel facilities were great, and the roof terrace was a great place to relax with shady spots available throughout the day. This hotel's location, right in the center of Arcadia, was a big plus, making it easily accessible from the nearby central and Arcadia beaches.
Everything was spot on.

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend and enjoyed the hotel's delicious breakfast and convenient location to nearby attractions. the breakfast offered plenty of options to choose from, including fresh juice and tasty coffee. the hotel was situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and discover new places.
the room was very noisy due to the beeping of the lifts that were situated right behind the walls.
